Rates Notifications by Email

This form is for ratepayers to register to receive your rates notice via email. By completing this form you are authorising Council to send out rates and reminder notices to your nominated email address and cease sending hard copy notices via conventional mail. It is the ratepayers responsibility to update Council with any changes to your email address.

By completing this form you also agree that you are the legal owner of the property or the authorised representative of the owner.
