Financial Hardship Application

Council recognises that some ratepayers may experience significant financial hardship during. Council has adopted the Financial Hardship Policy-GTC-P8 to provide such assistance as per the criteria outlined in the policy.

To apply for consideration for the deferral of rates and charges or suspension of interest and penalties please complete either the online form below or download and submit your application to George Town Council, PO Box 161, George Town Tas 7253.
