Jim Mooney Gallery
The Jim Mooney Gallery, located in the Memorial Hall, showcases a variety of exhibitions through the year including those by schools, local community organisations, and themed displays.
A permanent exhibit next to the local radio station features quilts that provide a pictorial history of George Town, Low Head, and Bell Bay, along with highlights from Hillwood, Pipers River, and coastal villages. These quilts were created to commemorate George Town's Bicentenary in 2004 through a long-running community project coordinated by the Wilted Quilters group.
