DALRYMPLE ROAD – STAGE 2

 Council at its meeting held on the 12 December 2018 resolved to award Contract 03/18 for the Dalrymple Road upgrade to Andrew Walters Construction Ltd for the sum of $166,663 (ex GST.)

 All tenders received were evaluated in accordance with the following criteria:

• Relevant Experience;
• Skill Set; and
• Construction Methodology.

 This project will involve the civil re-construction and road widening of a 200 metre section of Dalrymple Road between East Arm Road and Dan’s Creek.  The work involves, complete reconstruction of new pavement, embankment construction, table drains and road re-seal.

 It is anticipated that works will commence early in January 2019.
