Council Closure Friday 20th December

Please note that the George Town Council and all services (including the Depot, Visitor Information Centre and Waste Transfer Station) will be closed on Friday the 20^th December to enable staff to attend their Christmas function.

Normal operations will resume on December 21^st for the George Town Waste Transfer Station and Visitors Information Centre.

Council Offices and Depot operations will resume on Monday 23^rd December 8.30am-5.00pm and Tuesday 24^th December 8.30am to 1pm.

There will be no change to kerbside garbage collections.
