Local Provisions Schedule (LPS)

George Town Council is transitioning to a new planning scheme. The draft George Town Local Provisions Schedule (draft LPS) is now ready for public exhibition. This is your opportunity to have your say on what planning rules and regulations will apply to your land. 

Submissions can be made from 4th July until 1st September 2022. 

You can find the draft LPS as well as lots of supporting information, including how to make a submission HERE 

We are also hosting some Drop-In Sessions in August. Please come along to learn more about the draft LPS and ask any questions.
