Penguin Sculptures

Thanks to the former Placemaking Committee and Council Staff, the metal penguin sculptures now have a new home and standing proud along Low Head Road near the penguin rookery. A QR code is yet to be installed, which will provide a link to information on the conservation of penguins and their habitat.

The metal sculptures were a project put forth by the former Placemaking committee that aims to enhance public spaces and the relationship between the environment, the community, and the places by creatively recognising the local wildlife.
