Pathway Works - Cimitiere Street
Council has appointed a contractor to commence works constructing a new section of pathway along Cimitiere Street between Agnes Street and Marguerite Street. The works commenced on Tuesday 10th of January, with completion expected within 2-4 weeks (weather dependent).
Friend Street and Davies Street Roundabout
Council has appointed a contractor to commence road works on the 12th of January, on the Friend Street and Davies Street roundabout.
Pipers Brook Road
The road works are still underway along Pipers Brook Road, with completion expected on the 12th of January.
Road Resurfacing
Road resurfacing will also be undertaken on Currie Street, Butler Street and Esplanade Beechford and Davies Street, Weymouth on the 11th of January, with resurfacing works carried out on Tamar Avenue and Esplanade North, George Town on the 12th of January.
PATHWAY WORKS
Council has appointed a contractor to replace approximately 80m of footpath on the western side of Agnes Street between Cimitiere Street and the York Creek Rivulet pathway. Works will commence Monday 23rd of January with completion in 1-2 weeks (weather dependent).
