Project Details
August 2024
A substantial redevelopment, the Anzac Drive building has undergone a major facelift over the past year.
The revitalised Old RSL building has been renovated internally, with new ceilings, partitions, floor, fittings, fixtures, wall painting and sewer upgrades.
The newly sealed carpark compliments the building transformation that has taken place.
The redevelopment provides an exciting opportunity for a new food and beverage operator, with a restaurant and bar area.

November 2023
George Town Council engaged Tas City Building to commence refurbishment works in the old RSL building located on ANZAC Drive. This building has been vacant for some time, and we look forward to it becoming the hub for the Future Impact Group and MTB users alike. The redevelopment also provides an exciting opportunity for a new food operator.
Works have begun and are estimated to be completed by April 2024. (May 2024)
