IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read before submitting application. 

Operating Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Bump-in Time: From 2:00 PM
Bump-out Time: From 8:30 PM
Stall Fees: TBA
Food Vendors must supply ONE food item for under $10. 
Power & Water: Limited access; vendors must be largely self-sufficient
Waste Management: Vendors are required to minimise waste and use compostable/biodegradable packaging where possible

Submission deadline: 1st of December 2025

Please Note: George Town Council take food and beverage hygiene very seriously. If you are successful, ALL food and ALL beverage operators will be required to have a current Temporary Food Business (TFB) permit.

If you do not have a permit, you will be required to complete TFB application and submit to the George Town Council. A copy of your registration will be requested.

By filling in the information above you confirm that your application has been checked in detail and all content (including the size of site selected, requirements and all menu detail entered has been checked for spelling / grammatical errors). Once you submit, your application will be flagged as “complete” and ready for review by George Town Council event organisers. Thank you very much and we look forward to reviewing your application.
