Food Vendors must supply ONE food item for under $10.
Power & Water: Limited access; vendors must be largely self-sufficient
Waste Management: Vendors are required to minimise waste and use compostable/biodegradable packaging where possible

Please Note: George Town Council take food and beverage hygiene very seriously. If you are successful, ALL food and ALL beverage operators will be required to have a current Temporary Food Business (TFB) permit.
If you do not have a permit, you will be required to complete TFB application and submit to the George Town Council. A copy of your registration will be requested.
