MyGeorgeTown enables you to make, manage and track service requests and transactions with us through a single online platform, when and where it suits you.

MyGeorgeTown has been launched with a select number of linked services. We are working towards adding more services to MyGeorgeTown to make it even easier to interact with us online.
To link your property to the portal use the validation code printed on your rates notes.
We’ll continue to bring you updates as new features become available and we welcome your feedback.
In the MyGeorgeTown service platform, you can:
 
                            
                            Home
The home page is your personal George Town Council dashboard. From here you can access council services, view your existing applications, and begin new applications.
Rates
The rates page allows you to register your properties, verify your properties, and make rate payments against your properties.
Pet registration
Register your pet(s) and pay for your pet registration(s). Once your pet is registered through MyGeorgeTown, you can view the details of your pet in the portal and renew their registration. MyGeorgeTown only displays the details of pets registered through the portal.
Report an issue
The report an issue page allows you to request council services and track the progress of your applications. There are several categories for you to choose from. If a specific category is not available, select Other.
Pay an invoice
This page allows you to pay any outstanding invoices. 
Settings
The settings page allows you to update or change your email and password. Note that on the MyGeorgeTown portal, your username is your email address.
Profile
The profile allows you to manage your personal information. From here you can update your contact details, manage your data, and add a profile image.
