We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from food and beverage vendors to join us for one of George Town’s most enchanting winter events on Friday, 19 June 2026.
We’re looking for vendors who align with the spirit of the event, offering:
- Seasonal, warming, high-quality food
- Comforting winter beverages
- Locally sourced ingredients & Tasmanian specialties
- Flavours that help create a cosy, intimate atmosphere on the longest night of the year
