The Department of State Growth is working to make our roads safer and last longer.
They will be doing resurfacing and line marking work on East Tamar Highway in Dilston, on the city inbound and outbound lanes between George Town Road and John Lees Drive (south).
They will be working from Thursday, 11 December to Tuesday, 16 December 2025 between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
What does this mean for you?
Partial lane closures and a reduced speed limit will be in place during working hours. Please allow up to 15 minutes extra travel time, keep to speed limits and follow the directions of traffic controllers and signs.
