Online customer experience platform — MyGeorgeTown — is coming soon!

This digital portal is designed to make it easier than ever for our community to interact with Council online. Whether you're a resident, ratepayer, or visitor, MyGeorgeTown will give you more control and convenience — anytime, anywhere.

It’s about connecting Council and community in a smarter, faster, and more transparent way. The portal features an intuitive design, a user-friendly layout, and powerful tools that let you:

  • Register your dog and pay your rego fees
  • Report issues and request Council services
  • Track your requests and service progress
  • Make rates and debtor payments
  • And access other Council tools, with more features coming soon!

One exciting feature allows you to link your property using the validation code printed on your rates notice. It’s that simple.

As we roll out MyGeorgeTown, we’ll keep adding more services to make your experience even better, and we welcome your feedback along the way.
