George Town Council invites Expression of Interest (EOI) to explore potential future uses for the George Town Community Centre (former YMCA site).
Interested parties are invited to submit formal proposals for consideration. Please note this stage is designed to gather structured submissions, not general ideas or community feedback.
Depending on the proposals received, the building may continue to operate in its current form, or Council may explore new opportunities. If a proposal is taken forward, a public advertising period will follow, giving community members the chance to share any concerns before a final decision is made.
