REMINDER BPAY & BPAY View Reference numbers for rates have changed.
This is a reminder that Council has updated the BPAY payment reference number format for rates payments. The BPAY reference number has increased from 7 digits to 8 digits to align with new processing requirements.
BPAY View users, your notices and instalment reminders will not appear in your BpayView account and will need to be manually updated with the new BPAY number, we will be sending out these accounts, in the mail.
