Walters Contracting, on behalf of George Town Council, will commence road upgrade works on Dalrymple Road from Monday, 2nd of March 2026, with completion expected in April 2026 (weather permitting).
Works include road widening, pavement resurfacing and formalisation of drains to improve safety, drainage and driving conditions. Refer to the below map for the indicative work area.
Traffic management will be in place. The road will remain open; however, minor delays are expected.
Motorists are requested to follow all traffic signage and directions and drive with care through the work area.
